王嘉尔出身于一个体育世家，父亲是中国香港击剑队前任队员及教练王锐基，母亲是前中国体操运动员周平，外公是中国超声医学的开创者之一、上海市第六人民医院超声医学科名誉主任周永昌 。

王嘉尔由于组建了自己的公司“Team Wang”，他把原本常住香港的父母接到北京，并将工作和家庭的重心都转移到了北京。

王嘉尔推出的个人单曲最好听的是《Dawn Of Us》。

这首新曲比较明显还是一首electric hiphop，只不过在里面加了一些比较轻松随性的trap元素。电子曲的节奏感依旧是非常强，能够明显的感受到beat，每一个鼓点都给的很强烈。尤其在高潮部分那几句“Let it come”，基本听一两遍就能掌握节奏点和强弱变换，还是比较洗脑的。

但这首歌不像一般的电子嘻哈那么炸裂那么激情，是因为它期间穿插了很多比较自由风的trop元素，尤其在那几句Rap之间，穿插了很多这样的元素，这样的配合之下整首曲听起来非常轻快，没有任何负担感，感受到的完全是轻松愉悦，曲风就特别清新慵懒了。

我对这首曲还比较满意的一点是，这是一首既有vocal又有Rap的曲子，嘉嘉用烟嗓唱vocal真的是我作为粉丝一个很大的愿望了。

因为这首曲的曲风偏清新，所以整首歌王嘉尔都用一种特别慵懒特别放松特别低沉的嗓音在唱，没有特别用力，就是很自然流出的声音，几乎在用耳语般的状态Rap，低沉自然到你甚至能很清楚地听见他嗓子的摩擦。

听这首歌的时候你仿佛在听他的低默表白或者他就在你耳畔喃喃自语，这种嗓音状态真的是我最喜欢的，把他的烟嗓特色展示地恰到好处，深情但不哀怨，恰如其分地表达了“清新慵懒”的感觉。
